Abbotsford Virtual School offers online and paper-based courses and programs for:
Kindergarten to Grade 9 students (home-education support)
High school students in full and part-time programs
Adult students to complete graduation (Adult Dogwood program)
Graduated Adults to upgrade for post-secondary (English, Mathematics, Science)
Abby Community School Society provides the community with a variety of afterschool programs in literacy, sports, academics, technology and much more. We also have several yearly events and fundraisers.
Courses offered to help adults:
Complete prerequisite courses for post-secondary programs
Upgrade their basic literacy and numeracy skills for personal benefit or entry into the work force
Complete high school to earn the BC Adult Graduation Diploma (Adult Dogwood)

Free ESL classes (CLB 1 – CLB 8) for newcomers to Canada. Classes are offered morning and evening in Abbotsford and a morning class in Mission. On-site child minding is available for morning classes at some locations.
Services for children birth to 5 years who are at risk for, or who have developmental delay or a diagnosed disability. Early intervention is key!
A library card is free, providing access to a wealth materials and free internet. Programs, tours, wireless and basic computer and internet classes are all free.

The library consists of Aboriginal content, fiction and non-fiction. It is open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4 pm.
Money Skills courses teach youth aged 12-25 about banking, budgeting, consumerism & credit. Both public and private group sessions are available. Courses are free of charge.
The Youth Resource Centre offers a wide variety of services for youth age 12-18 and their families including financial and community literacy.
